Working Surface Adjustment with defined Contact Force

The Active Contact Flange is contact sensitive and force controlled, because it is actuator and sensor in one. It actively adjusts tolerances using its own dynamically controlled movements. The preprogrammed robot tracks do not need to consider tolerances of workpiece or tool. The simple pre-setting for the contact force makes the active contact flange extremely flexible to implement. The passive safety allows extremely fast contact making and highly dynamic working of the surface.
